My work focuses on acknowledging and embracing all parts of ourselves. Using curiosity and compassion, and a little humor from time to time, we will explore a path of healing that honors your unique experiences. I take a non-pathologizing approach to uncover your innate resources and develop your personal strengths.
I bring to our sessions years of professional experience in social work, teaching and therapy with in-depth training in three main modalities: Internal Family Systems, (IFS) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT) and Mindful Self-Compassion.
